国际消费者权益日┃诚信护航、品质保障

315日为国际消费者权益日,由国际消费者联盟组织于1983年确定,目的在于扩大消费者权益保护的宣传,使消费者权益在世界范围内得到重视,以促进各国和地区消费者组织之间的合作与交往,在国际范围内更好地保护消费者权益。

March 15 is World Consumer Rights Day, established by the International Organization of Consumers' Unions in 1983, with the aim of expanding awareness of consumer rights protection and making them visible worldwide, in order to promote cooperation and interaction between national and regional consumer organizations and to better protect consumer rights internationally.


国际消费者权益日的设立和宣传有力地促进了世界消费者权利保护工作的开展。从1983年以来,每年315日,全球各地的消费者组织都举行大规模的活动,宣传消费者的权利,显示消费者的强大力量。其中包括发布新闻公报、向公众介绍消费者组织的活动;告诉人们消费者组织将为保护消费者权益做哪些工作;通过报纸、刊物、电台和电视节目进行宣传,在学校发放宣传材料或消费者刊物。组织消费者权利的演说,努力提高消费者的保护意识。

The establishment and promotion of International Consumer Rights Day has strongly contributed to the protection of consumer rights worldwide. Every year since 1983, on March 15, consumer organizations around the world have held large-scale events to promote consumer rights and demonstrate the power of consumers. These include issuing press releases, informing the public about the activities of consumer organizations; telling people what consumer organizations will do to protect consumer rights; publicizing through newspapers, publications, radio and television programs, and distributing informational materials or consumer publications in schools. Organizing speeches on consumer rights and trying to raise awareness of consumer protection.


节日宗旨(Holiday Purpose

  1、向消费者提供信息,对消费者进行教育,提高消费者维护自身权益的意识和能力。(Provide information to consumers, educate them and improve their awareness and ability to defend their rights and interests.

  2、处理消费者投诉,帮助消费者挽回损失。(Handle consumer complaints and help consumers recover their losses.

  3、搜集消费者的意见并向企业反馈。(Collect consumers' opinions and give feedback to the company.

  4、大造舆论,宣传消费者的权利,形成舆论压力,以改善消费者的地位。(Create public opinion, publicize the rights of consumers, and create public pressure to improve the position of consumers.

  5、参与国家或政府有关消费者法律和政策的制定,并要求政府建立消费者行政体系,处理消费者问题。(Participate in the development of national or governmental laws and policies regarding consumers and request the government to establish a consumer administration system to deal with consumer issues.

  6、成立消费者团体,确立消费者主权。(Establishment of consumer groups to establish consumer sovereignty.

  7、加强消费者国际团体及合作。(Strengthen consumer international groups and cooperation.


消费者权益(Consumer Rights

  1、安全保障权。一是人身安全权,二是财产安全权。消费者有权要求经营者提供的商品和服务,符合保障人身、财产安全的要求。The right to safety and security. First, the right to personal safety, the second is the right to property security. Consumers have the right to require operators to provide goods and services, in line with the requirements to protect personal and property safety.

  2、知悉真情权。消费者知悉其购买使用的商品或者接受的服务的真实情况的权利。(The right to know the truth. The consumer's right to know the true state of the goods purchased or services received.

  3、自主选择权。消费者享有自主选择商品或者服务的权利。(The right of independent choice. Consumers have the right to choose their own goods or services.

  4、公平交易权。消费者在购买商品或者接受服务时所享有的获得质量保障和价格合理、计量正确等公平交易的权利。The right to fair trade. Consumers in the purchase of goods or services enjoy the right to quality assurance and reasonable prices, correct measurement and other fair trade.

  5、依法结社权。消费者享有的依法成立维护自身合法权益的社会团体的权利。The right to form associations in accordance with the law. The right of consumers to establish social groups to defend their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.

  6、求偿权。消费者因购买、使用商品或者接受服务受到人身、财产损害的,享有依法获得赔偿的权利。The right to claim compensation. Consumers who suffer personal or property damage as a result of purchasing or using goods or receiving services have the right to compensation in accordance with the law.

  7、知识权。消费者享有获得有关消费和消费者权益保护方面的知识的权利。Right to knowledge. Consumers have the right to acquire knowledge about consumer and consumer protection.

  8、人格尊严和隐私权。消费者在购买、使用商品和接受服务时,享有人格尊严、民族风俗习惯得到尊重的权利,享有个人信息依法得到保护的权利。Human dignity and privacy. Consumers have the right to be respected for their human dignity, national customs and traditions when purchasing and using goods and receiving services, and the right to have their personal information protected in accordance with the law.

  9、监督权。消费者享有对商品和服务以及保护消费者权益工作进行监督的权利。Right to Supervision. Consumers have the right to monitor the work of goods and services and the protection of consumer rights and interests.
